James, you know I love "And the War Came". But 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥? Really? Not only did your Pence do the opposite of the real one (and your characterization of him as "no profile in courage" turned out to be absolutely wrong), the next step was that one of the two major parties in its 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘺 had a secret, incredibly coordinated plan to commit an coup -- the actual real kind, the set-up-a-competing-government-with-its-own-president kind.
You predicted that tomorrow the Sears Tower would burn down, and instead, the ground floor froze over. That's EERIE, sure. But it ain't prophecy.
ATWC was eerily accurate in several respects, but a hypothetical rather than a prediction (thanks be to God -- and Mike Pence).
But you have a great point. The real life Democrats, the ones that let Biden stay in the race while senile, are nowhere near as clever as the ones who came up with the elaborate scheme in ATWC.
What are you talking about, flailing under the bright lights? You get your thoughts together faster than anyone I've ever met! Arguing with you is like arguing with the sun!
Okay, I think! Didn't humiliate myself. Everyone said nice things. Extemporaneous speaking remains hard, though. Too many threads to hold together in your head at once. You can't rewrite the paragraph ten times like I usually do. The structure of your argument is whatever spews out of your face.

Come to Columbus!
